Payments
All our paid Services are subscribed on a service period basis. You choose the service period and the payment method yourself when you sign up for the paid Services. Your service will automatically be renewed by the payment gateway you chosen and will be charged at the end of each service period, unless you decide to cancel your automatic payments for the Services before the end of the then-current subscription. All prices, including recurring subscription fees, are subject to change. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to you in advance. We also charge for monitoring servers, which of our packages comes with dedicated monitoring cost which is also recurring depending on the subscription that is chosen.
 

Return and Refund Policy 

If you wish to claim a refund, you can do so within 7 days following your purchase of our Services. We seek your full satisfaction with our Services. However, we would like to troubleshoot an issue you experience first. There are common service configuration issues that may hinder the Services for you, and we resolve most users issues encountered. We do not offer any refund for any cancellations that occur after the 7 days. Please contact us only through our live chat or support ticket only.
Customers that file any chargeback, account will be banned immediately for life (or any part thereof) if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage our reputation and goodwill. If we ban your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our service. We will also block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration. For any issues we encourage you to submit a ticket to us.

 

 

Your Suggestions

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements or suggestions (collectively, "Suggestions") provided by you to ExtremeLiveVPN with respect to the website shall remain the sole and exclusive property of ExtremeLiveVPN.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the website and delete all copies of the website from your computer.

Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of ExtremeLiveVPN rights or remedies at law or in equity in case of breach by you (during the term of this Agreement) of any of your obligations under the present Agreement.
